Things we don't cover

• Pre-existing faults, system design faults and inaccessible components

• Underfloor heating

• Indirect or direct mains pressure unvented hot water storage systems

• Boiler repairs are limited to £300 in the first three months of your cover

• Damage caused by weather or freezing

• Any faults caused by sludge, scaling or blockages

• Faults caused by the failure of gas, water, or electricity supply or consumer negligence

• Any perishable items, terminal ends or items that are replaceable

• Any work required on the water main from the street to your stopcock

• Shared drains

• Damage when your home is unoccupied for more than 30 days in a row

• Excludes galvanised, lead and polly York pipe

• Metal/galvanised water storage tanks

 

Boilers that are over 7 years old the monthly cost will increase by £2.00 a month
