domestic heating and plumbing. Telephone our friendly call centre team (office
hours) and we will quickly be able to offer you help and assistance, whatever
the problem may be. Our call centre team and our engineers on the road are in
constant contact using the latest computer technologies, so we can quickly
arrange for an engineer to call.
In an emergency (out of office hours) simply call 537331 and you will be able to
talk to a fully qualified engineer 24 hours a day. Advice will be immediately
available to avoid any risks to your family and minimise any potential damage
to your home. An engineer will then visit your home and if an immediate repair
is not possible then the appliance will be made safe and an appointment will be
made to complete the repairs at your convenience.
You do not have to be an existing customer to take advantage of this 24-hour
emergency call out service but by choosing from our comprehensive range
service plans you will have peace of mind through knowing that you will
receive priority attention with no call out charge for customers who have
chosen our Gold or Silver service plans
